How long on average does it take to ship?

Orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 working days.

Shipping times?

  • Europe delivery aim: 1-2 weeks. End to end tracking.

  • Worldwide delivery aim: 2-3 weeks. End to end tracking.

  • Please allow for up to 4 weeks before contacting us.

  • EU shipments are fulfilled via DHL.

  • UK and ROW are fulfilled via Royal Mail services. Courier orders are shipped via DHL.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number.

Damaged or significantly delayed artwork?

In the unlikely event the artwork arrives damaged, please email info@landoncopplestone.com with photo proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Once the damage is confirmed, we will replace the piece at zero cost. If the artwork is not replaceable, a full refund will be issued to you.

What sizes are available?

A1 - 23.4” × 33.1” - 2” border (Final image size 29.1” x 19.4”)

A2 - 16.5” × 23.4”. 1.6”-1.7” border (Final image size 20“ x 13.3”)

A3 - 11.7” × 16.5” 1.1” border (Final image size 14.3” x 19.5”)

A4 - 8.3” × 11.7” 0.8” border (Final image size 10.1” x 6.7”)

What to do upon receiving print and how to frame?

**It is recommended that upon receiving this print to take it to a professional for framing, as it is a delicate piece. Print comes unframed.**

When choosing a frame, think about how it would look with the piece and in the space that you choose to hang it in. All prints come with a white border for ease of framing and for a clean fine art look.

What paper do you use?

Giclée print, Hahnemühle Photorag, a fine art paper made of 100% cotton rag with a matte finish. This beautiful medium with even colour tonality is chalky smooth with a cotton feel.

How do I prolong the life of my print?

The best way to conserve artwork for display purposes is to use conservation framing. Putting the artwork behind glass protects it from the surrounding environment.

When mounting for framing it is ideal to use 100% cotton fibre, acid-free unbuffered mount boards. UV protective conservation clear glass also reduces the impact of exposure to bright light sources.
